Is there a product I can buy to rid my roses of Thrips?

My Ena Harkness roses are wonderfully healthy looking right up until the bud starts to open - then they wither and die. I have been told this is down to Thrips (and in fact have seen them in the petals) Is there a systemic product I can get to rid the roses of these pests? Thank you!
