I need help!!pest problem?

so i have a cockroach problem. They are the water-bugs. First i thought my room was messy so i cleaned every inch of my room. In total i have killed 7 cockroaches this week. i think that is enough i haven't slept this who week because i am scared of them. they fly and i find that disgusting. today i went with my dad to buy combat gel to kill them but i am scared it wont work, i don't know where they are coming from and i am tired. i am a 14 year old girl and am terrified of them. Can someone please tell me a way to kill them and make them go away

true that peanut butter is the irresistible bait..............unfortunately, there's no humane way to get rid of them: they're cute little things, but once they set-up housekeeping in your house, they will return.......I've caught them, released them outside and they're back in the house within hours.

I live in ohio and rent a single family home. My lease states that I am responsible for pest control does that?

include raccoons? The lease doesn't have "vermin" just the term "pests". We have had to hire nga trapper and this is becoming costly

De La Soul vs 2pac....in a battle...?

If you don't know...apparently there was a new diss record that was leaked recently from 2pac...it had mentions of the usual people, including De La Soul (which was a pretty slick line though)...the thing is people often times think that 2pac is the greatest without really considering others skillwise....So with that said...IF De La Soul were to get involved...how do you think it would of turned out?

Upstairs Neighbor is Smoking, what can I do?

I live in a rowhome and although the walls are not necessarily thin, when the neighbor upstairs smokes the stench is unbearable! I talked to her this afternoon and she even though she admitted that she smoked, she tried to convince me that the smoke was coming from "somewhere else"! She even tried to convince me that it was coming from the apartment next door, but when I told her it was vacant she had a blank look on her face. I can smell the smoke again and she said she "Only smokes three cigarettes a day" She told me she also has cancer now and she says she even smoked while wearing the patch. I really don't know what else to do. I've complained to the landlord before but I wasn't sure who it was coming from. I don't want to seem like a pest about it but would be it rude to keep a week-long log of when I smell smoke and write the neighbor a letter via certified mail telling her this is when I have smelled smoke from her apartment? I am trying to really let her know that it's annoying. She seemed like she was more interested in making me think that it wasn't a big deal but I was very polite but direct with her today when I told her the smoke is bothering me. Now what?

Potato to rid aquarium plants of pests in quarantine?

I've used potato to get rid of unwanted snails from tanks before. Take a big chunk lay it on the bottom, leave there for a day then remove. Replace with a fresh piece of potato everytyme, so you won't spoil the water. Any snails in the tank will gravitate towards the potato which you can then easily remove them. I've never heard of using a potato to release acids in the water column to rid of aquarium pests though. You should ask the person again to give you a better explanation of there method, and repost there answer if you could, I am curious- sounds kinda dangerous to the fishes health though to leave foods in the water for to long a tyme.
