How do i get an ANNOYING younger guy to stop crushing on me!?

im 16 years old and theres this annoying unattractive 13 year old perv that has a crush on me and its really getting aggy! ive known this kid for years but barely see him, and he annoys me. last week he was at my aunts party (didnt think he was annoying then) and he kept flirting with me,and me being me i just played around. and then ever since then he keeps writting to me on FaceBook,and trying to pop up chats with me,writting on my wall and deleted his posts and he still continues to pest me.ive ignored him but he's getting annoying he keeps calling me his "babe" and how he "loves me"..whats should i do to make him stop?? and everytime he notices i delete his posts on my wall he'll pop up a chat saying "oh so you deleted it huh?". he wont stop! what do i do, he's annoying!
