First do lighter weight and a lot of reps to lose fat. After noticeable weight you should be faster, then try heavier weight and not as many reps. And for endurance try running or swimming as hard as you can until failure. Try shadowboxing for speed in dodging punches or kicks. Don't always hit as hard as you can as fast as you can try to moderate how much force you use. Try aikido it's purely defensive but, you can alter a few of the procedures for a strong offense.
