I have an Arc de Triomphe coin with one large eagle of the back on the coin. What is its value?

The front of the coin only has the building and the word L'Arc De Triomphe De L'etoile above it. The back side only has one large eagle. I believe it is silver and made in the early 1990s but I cannot find it on a Google search. Does anyone know the value or what the coin is called? There are no Euro amounts or other numbers on the coin.
