Counter-Strike Server Finder Help?

When I fully refresh the server list in steam's counter-strike, the wrong map shows up. For example, i join a map that says de_dust2 and it comes up with de_westwood. Is there any fix. Also, for some reason a server downloaded a splash screen and any time I join a server, that splashcreen comes up right on the loading part and annoys me, any help?
